  • Preorders are not eligible for a cancellation.

  • Processing times vary, as our products are handmade. Standard processing time is 2–4 weeks preorders can take longer.

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and shipping option selected at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.

  • Personalized or custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
