We are pleased to announce that shipments officially started on August 14, 2025. This includes all preorders from 2024 through the present.
Please note that deliveries may continue until October 2025 for all customers to receive their orders.

🎁 Gifts & Credits
A new system is being developed to allow customers to request gifts and credits on demand. This will apply to all past delayed orders from 2024 up to July 15, 2025. More details will be shared soon.

Some orders may appear as “canceled” without your request. Please note these are not truly canceled and will still be shipped as planned.

If your order was refunded, please contact us at accounting@idoggos.com with your order number so we can process the payment again and ship your order.
